Stolen from the streets

Fashion designers with no fantasy, they steal ideas from the streets…
while Tats crew is hiring a squad of lawyers to protect their (copy)rights (see story [here](http://www.wildstylers.com/wstr/index.php?module=article&view=511) ), Santy and his friends have to cope with Zara, a big fashion group known for stealing freaklub artworks in the past (see this other story on [Wooster](http://www.woostercollective.com/2004/06/that_fucking_sucks_freaklub_ri.html) ).

Here’s what Santy found at the mall:

and this is a wall in Milano, do you find any similarity?

for Zara: hire Santy next time, he’s surely better than your army of lazy wack-ass designers!

Venice Biennale – daim 108 and jr

daim, 108 and jr at the Venice Biennale. This part of the worlwide exhibit (“arte al muro”) is curated by [Stefano Coletto](http://www.teknemedia.net/pagine-gialle/curatori/Stefano_Coletto/index.html) for the [Bevilaqua La Masa](http://www.bevilacqualamasa.it/) foundation.

What can I say, that’s a wasted opportunity of showing what graffiti and street art actually is, with a boring selection (the selection criteria aren’t explained anywhere in the press release).

Yes yes, we know that people like 3d graffiti. That’s pop. Wow, daim, that’s new, eh!
JR? a cool photographer, that’s it.
108, as one of the most original italian street artists? It seems a little bit inspired by Neck Face, or by dem, doesn’t it?
I’m sad, since last time twister and espo were featured at the Biennale, and it feels like the average level is lowering.
don’t you think so?

thank you for choosing randomly! try again, you’ll be more lucky!
